Andrew Tower Mounted Amplifiers (TMA series amplifiers) are low noise amplifiers
that are mounted at the top of the base station tower in close proximity to the
base station antenna. These products increase sensitivity of the reverse link to
improve reception of weak signals.
The signal processing contained within the transceiver unit improves the
effective performance of the filtering elements. The RF transceiver provides
integrated high-linearity, high efficiency RF power amplification, and diversity
reception.
