Single and Multiple Carrier Power Amplifiers

Andrew offers the industry's largest portfolio of single and multi-carrier linear power amplifiers for use in Cellular, PCS/DCS, CDMA, WCDMA, and 3G systems. Andrew low to mid-power multi-carrier amplifiers incorporate feed forward loops to improve linearization. This approach provides a very cost competitive solution and maintains stringent system level performance criteria.

Tower Mounted Amplifiers

Andrew tower mounted amplifiers (TMAs) are installed near the Tx/Rx antenna at the top of a cell tower. A base station antenna transmits a much stronger signal than what it receives back from the mobile phone, but the TMA corrects this imbalance.

Filters, Diplexers and Combiners

For wireless RF base station/feeder network applications, Andrew offers custom manufactured filters, diplexers, and combiners. These products combine transmit and receive signals to a common port, provide the necessary rejection between the receiver and transmitter, and eliminate spurious out-of-band rejection.
